How to Claim
To make a claim under the Bad Beat Bonanza promotion simply send an email to support@pokersupport.com with the relevant hand ID. Once the hand has been verified your poker account will be credited with the bonanza bonus.
Terms and Conditions
- Only applies to Texas Hold’em real money ring games.
- 3 or more players must be dealt into the hand upon which the claim is made.
- The losing hand must contain aces full of kings (AAAKK) or better.
- The losing hand must include both hole cards and must go to a showdown.
- The winning hand must include at least one hole card.
- Players must play their hands independently and cannot tell opponents how to act or reveal their hand to other players. Players in violation of this will not be eligible for the bonus payment and their claim rejected.
- Claims must be submitted by email to support@pokersupport.com and must include the relevant hand ID to be considered.
- In the event that there is more than one qualifying hand in any dealt hand, the highest losing hand will receive the bonanza payment.
- Bonus payments under the Bad Beat Bonanza will be paid in accordance with the table above
- A maximum Bad Beat Bonanza bonus payment of $1,500 will be paid on any one claim
