How to Claim
To make a claim under the Royal Flush Fortune promotion simply send an email to support@pokersupport.com with the relevant hand ID. Once the hand has been verified your poker account will be credited with the fortune bonus.
Terms and Conditions
- Only applies to Texas Hold’em real money ring games.
- 3 or more players must be dealt into the hand upon which the claim is made.
- The winning hand must contain a Royal Flush.
- The winning hand must include both hole cards and must go to a showdown.
- Players must play their hands independently and cannot tell opponents how to act or reveal their hand to other players. Players in violation of this will not be eligible for the bonus payment and their claim rejected.
- Claims must be submitted by email to support@pokersupport.com and must include the relevant hand ID to be considered.
- Royal Flush Fortune bonus payments will be made in accordance with the table above.
- A maximum Royal Flush Fortune bonus payment of $1,000 will be paid on any one claim
